Head of Sales and Marketing for Intelligent Charging Energy Products (m/f/d)

• In your role you will be responsible for sales and marketing of our novel Vehicle to Grid energy product to end customers. This includes developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies
• You will coordinate all marketing and sales activities, both short, medium and long term, in close collaboration with your team as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Together with your team, you will position the brand and our product in the market, identify suitable online sales channels and achieve above-average growth through measurable above- and below-the-line campaigns
• Your role extends beyond simply analyzing the competition as you establish us and our unique product in the market in creative and innovative ways
• You place special emphasis on customer centricity and continuously optimize the sales approach as well as customer focus on a data-driven basis
• You contribute to the further development of the product through sound customer feedback and input from the community and pass on this valuable knowledge to the relevant teams
• Refining campaigns and optimizing conversion are part of your day-to-day tasks
• You evaluate creative marketing approaches analytically based on data and trends

• You have an MBA or Master's degree in the relevant field, o.ä.
• You bring appropriate professional experience in marketing and sales in the energy sector or with technically innovative products including sales responsibility with
• You have extensive conceptual and operational experience in marketing including brand management, paid ads, performance, comparison portals, programmatic, email marketing, social media/community marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and tools such as Analytics, SEMrush, Sistrix, Hubspot, Hotjar, etc.
• You have the ability to strategically position a brand and differentiate it from competitors
• You have a strong sense of good communication and a strong emphasis on quality standards
• You are passionate about optimizing the user experience to continuously improve relevant KPIs
• &Ummm;convincing power, decisiveness and communicative strength are your outstanding characteristics: You are skilled at explaining complex topics simply, marketing products creatively, and communicating professionally with media
• You are a team player (m/f/d) with a hands-on mentality and a strong sense of initiative and team spirit
• You speak fluent written and spoken German and English
