What you can expect:
- Help shape the sales of the future: You are strategically & operationally responsible for the Sales Support department in the Sales & Operations division with 5 - 7 colleagues. The focus here is on the joint development of departmental as well as divisional goals and strategies. Your department is responsible for important cross-team projects, including . The cooperation with your two department head colleagues and the department management forms the strategic framework here.
- Convince with creative methods: Together with your team, you develop coaching and further development approaches. You are a driving force and (co-)designer for the development of products, streamlining of processes and procedures as well as new technologies. You use your creative freedom to achieve the greatest possible impact.
- Drive transformation: As an expert in the field of energy management and/or project management, your goal is to initiate sustainable change and continuously develop the path towards an active service organization. You will achieve this in close cooperation with your team and through close collaboration with important interfaces within the division, but also with areas such as IT or energy solutions.
You bring with you:
- You have several years of professional experience in the energy industry and agile transformation as well as a degree (business administration, energy industry) or a comparable qualification
- Additional qualifications in project management are desirable
- Your toolbox is filled with tools for project management, product management, knowledge management, process management and know-how on how to get people excited about topics and projects
- You are able to support different subject areas in our diverse naturenergie world and reduce complexity in the process
- You are strong in implementation and have a high level of consulting, moderation and methodological skills as well as organizational talent
