As a distribution grid operator in the regions of Heinsberg, Mönchengladbach, Viersen and parts of the Rhine district of Neuss, NEW Netz GmbH plays a key role in making the energy transition a success. We are responsible for the operation, planning, maintenance and expansion of the local and regional electricity, natural gas and drinking water distribution networks as well as the operation of metering points. We are a team, supplying our region with energy safely and sustainably and enabling a comfortable life. A life with light, heat, water and mobility.
Your tasks
- You take responsibility for the three groups Warehouse, Customer Service and Partner Service with around 30 employees in disciplinary, technical, organizational and economic terms through planning, management and control
- You create an inspiring working environment in which employees can develop their strengths, come up with new ideas and drive smart solutions forward together
- A special focus is placed on the needs of our customers: You develop practical solutions, continuously optimize service processes and ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and are satisfied at all times
- You work closely with other departments (e.g. technology, communication) to ensure a holistic customer experience – identifying and implementing new digital solutions to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience
- You always keep an eye on important key figures, derive measures if necessary and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Your qualifications
- You have already gained several years of professional experience as a manager, ideally in a comparable environment
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field
- With your experience in transformation projects and cross-departmental collaboration, you are a driving force for innovation and progress
- Your market knowledge and intuition for current developments in the energy supply environment enable you to constantly break new ground and create real added value
- You have a sound knowledge of SAP, Salesforce or comparable systems and are enthusiastic about digitalization as a whole
- In addition, your way of working is characterized by structured, forward-looking action and creative drive_ You are proactive, hands-on and reliable
