Your tasks
Strategic management of the generation, grid and sales stages of the district heating value chain to achieve the district heating strategy Control, management and content-related collaboration in cross-divisional district heating projects, in particular the creation and ongoing development of the district heating transformation plan Implementation of the strategy, close coordination with other areas (asset networks, corporate development, communication, etc.) (Further) development of new and existing district heating products and services Professional and disciplinary management of employees
Your qualifications
Successfully completed university degree (business administration, industrial engineering, engineering or comparable) and several years of professional experience in the energy industry or a management consultancy Proven expertise in project management, ideally in several stages of the value chain and district heating Strong leadership skills to integrate your own employees and project staff from other departments in a goal-oriented manner Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking Initiative, motivation, a results-oriented way of working and a high level of teamwork and communication skills
