Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary management of the “Operations” group in accordance with the company’s management principles
- Allocation of tasks within the area of responsibility, taking into account the skills of the employees, as well as ensuring a replacement in the event of absences for the subsequent main activities:
- Ensuring that all locations in the portfolio are supplied in accordance with the contract while maintaining economic efficiency
- Deployment planning for maintenance and 24/7 emergency service
- Ensuring the supply of spare parts and service provider control
- Coordinating the deployment and expansion of mobile heating
- Joint acceptance of new buildings, purchase systems or renovation measures
- Warranty tracking after completion or takeover
- Quality assurance to improve the planning of new installations
- Ensuring a measurement and metering system for energy recording and as a basis for billing
- Operation plus expansion of the central control system
- Compliance with all necessary occupational safety and environmental protection requirements
- Developing or optimizing strategies for organizing the area of responsibility in coordination with the supervisor, e.g. defining goals, tasks and competencies for directly subordinate employees, clearly defining areas of responsibility, optimizing processes within the group or across departments, etc.
- Regularly reviewing the qualifications of employees and personnel development needs in the group and initiating the necessary measures
Your qualifications
- Diploma or Master’s degree in the field of technical building services, energy supply or electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in a managerial position (4-6 years)
- Relevant experience in the field of technical building services and customer service
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package
