Head of Tenant Electricity Division (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for the economic and operational management of the entire tenant electricity business unit, including charging infrastructure, and will accompany the projects from conception to sustainable implementation. You will lead a small team consisting of project management, solar planning and technical implementation. You will work closely with the Management Board and have the prospect of becoming a full-time member of our cooperative’s Management Board.

Your area of responsibility
- Management & strategic development of the business unit
- Project development of tenant electricity projects & optimization of ongoing operations
- Further development of business planning incl. reporting to the Executive Board and committees
- Management and further development of the tenant electricity team
- Managing cooperation with partners and suppliers
- Coordination & conflict management for internal and external interfaces between technology and administration

Your profile
- Degree in the field of renewable energies, engineering, energy technology or similar
- Experience in the energy industry with reference to tenant electricity, photovoltaics and project development
- Good understanding of economic interrelationships and technical systems (PV, metering concepts, grid connection, billing systems, market communication) as well as a strong digital affinity
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. EEG, EnWG, tenant electricity surcharge, MsbG)
- Processual and digital mindset paired with a strong hands-on mentality
- Willingness to innovate and make decisions, willingness to take responsibility and a strong focus on goals
- An appreciative understanding of leadership with experience in a technical project-oriented environment
