• In your role as Head of Training Coordination (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing and coordinating employee training to maintain and expand the professional qualifications of operating personnel.
• You will be responsible for the disciplinary management of new plant operators and trainees in the operations area
• You will draw up induction and training plans and monitor the implementation of the defined objectives in close coordination with the plant management
• You act as the central point of contact for training providers and ensure the proper provision of training and work documents
• You prepare trainees for intermediate and final examinations
• You will be responsible for the comprehensive organization of training courses and examinations

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or a degree as a master craftsman, technician or certified specialist in the field of mechanics/process engineering
• Many years of professional and management experience
• Specialist knowledge in personnel management and good knowledge in the field of power plants
• High degree of open-mindedness and empathy as well as good communication skills
• Willingness to travel to the Königs Wusterhausen site
