Heat network management (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary management of subordinate employees
- Recruitment, development and retention of employees
- Planning and managing department-specific measures to implement the company’s business strategy
- Budget planning and monitoring
- Developing concepts for network expansion and special investment projects
- Responsibility for the expansion and operation of the heating network
- Design, approvals, technical support for the award process, construction supervision, technical acceptance
- Development and implementation of control, maintenance and servicing strategies for network and plant operation
- Fault management
- Support for connection customers, participation in site statements and line information
- Collaboration in the on-call service (technical and management standby)
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering, energy technology or similar
- You can demonstrate relevant experience in the operation of electricity grids in a responsible position (ideally 3 years)
- You are familiar with the relevant laws, ordinances, statutes, guidelines and regulations, e.g. NAV, TAB, EnWG, AGFW regulations
- You have a class B car driver’s license
- You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility, initiative, flexibility and motivation
- You are communicative, a team player and willing to work together cooperatively
