We are looking for a passionate HSE Manager Central (m/f/d) at the Bayreuth or Lehrte site near Hanover with an operational area in Hesse or Lower Saxony, maybe that’s you?
The Health, Safety and Environment unit ensures and supports compliance with the HSE guidelines for the Grid Field Operations and Large Projects unit based on the TenneT guidelines and principles. In addition, the team supports ensuring a world-class safety culture and a working environment where everyone is able to return home safely every day.

Your tasks

  • As part of the team of safety specialists, you have the task of advising and supporting our managers and employees (m/f/d) in all aspects of occupational safety – many important decisions depend on your assessment
  • You will take care of all the tasks of occupational safety specialists in accordance with the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG)
  • You will also help with training for employees and managers (m/f/d) and support the further development of our safety culture as well as occupational safety standards, processes and documentation
  • Finally, you will also be responsible for independently analyzing accidents and developing measures in collaboration with the specialist departments

Your qualifications

  • You are an engineer (m/f/d) in a technical field or have a comparable qualification. You are also an occupational safety specialist, ideally an electrician (m/f/d)
  • Knowledge of substation, overhead line or cable construction is desirable
  • You enjoy working with our managers and employees, can communicate well in German and English and know how to deal with different opinions and interests
  • You are characterized by your strong analytical and structured way of working and the ability to familiarize yourself independently with various specialist areas
