HSEQ Manager (m/f/d) Offshore Wind

• Ensuring compliance with all HSE regulations and HSE standards in all project phases
• Creating an HSEQ framework and HSE culture within the project
• Overseeing the development and implementation of the HSEQ management system
• Supporting management in the management and control of HSE in offshore wind projects as well as supporting the project team in HSE matters
• Monitoring of applicable regulations in all project phases
• Introduction, implementation and monitoring of risk analysis methods
• Definition of HSEQ requirements in contracts and evaluation of bids
• Reporting and analyzing HSE relevant incidents
• Promoting health and safety culture and general HSE awareness among staff and contractors at all levels

• Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, safety, environmental science or similar
• Extensive experience in high-risk industries such as construction, oil and gas, onshore and offshore wind turbines
• Several years of professional experience in the HSE sector
• Business fluent in German and English
