Here's what you can expect:

  • Technical and managerial leadership, as well as the professional development of a team of ten
  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing cost-efficient and high-quality power plant operations at the Rheinfelden (CH) river power plant in close collaboration with service providers
  • Ensuring legally compliant and safe operations in accordance with the existing license, associated conditions, and applicable regulations
  • Implementation and monitoring of legal regulations and internal guidelines, particularly in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection
  • Contributing to the optimization and digitization of workflows and their documentation
  • Participation in on-call duty

You bring the following:

  • Completed technical vocational training, ideally with further training to become a master craftsman in the fields of mechanics or electrical engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in a technical field related to power generation or hydropower is a plus
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with a focus on motivation, development, and teamwork
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle feedback constructively
  • A structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed approach to work
  • A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
