Here's what you can expect:
- Technical and managerial leadership, as well as the professional development of a team of ten
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring cost-efficient and high-quality power plant operations at the Rheinfelden (CH) river power plant in close collaboration with service providers
- Ensuring legally compliant and safe operations in accordance with the existing license, associated conditions, and applicable regulations
- Implementation and monitoring of legal regulations and internal guidelines, particularly in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection
- Participation in the optimization and digitization of workflows and their documentation
- Participation in on-call duty
You bring the following:
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally with further training to become a master craftsman in the fields of mechanics or electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in a technical setting in power generation or hydropower is a plus
- Demonstrable leadership skills with a focus on motivation, development, and teamwork
- Strong communication skills and a constructive approach to feedback
- A structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed approach to work
- A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
