Your tasks
- Matters relating to energy research and technology, including funding
- Matters of applied research in the energy sector (except Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft), technical matters of HI-ERN
- Assessment and promotion of new energy and energy-saving technologies and studies in accordance with the Bavarian Energy Research Program
- Fundamental issues of energy storage, in particular with new technologies
- Fundamental issues of energy technology and digital energy systems
- Participation in committees on issues relating to energy storage, energy technology and digital energy systems
Your qualifications
- Industrial engineer (m/f/d), mechanical or electrical engineer (m/f/d) or physicist (m/f/d) with a Diplom degree (university) or Master’s degree (consecutive, at least 300 ECTS) with a final grade of 1.8 or better
- Ability to grasp complex technical and legal issues quickly and to present them concisely and coherently
- Decisiveness and willingness to work independently and on your own responsibility
- Confident appearance and confident interaction with internal and external partners
- Ability to work in a team; goal-oriented, persistent high level of commitment; time flexibility and high resilience
- Very good verbal and written communication skills, good English language skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally

- Remuneration is based on pay group 13 TV-L (depending on professional experience, currently between EUR 4,759.37 (level 1) and EUR 6,764.69 (level 6) gross per month)
- If the requirements are met, a transfer to civil servant status (grade A 13 BayBesG) is possible
- Allowance for work at the highest civil service authorities of currently EUR 289.91 gross per month
