Inquiry and order manager (m/f/d) network sales – standard network connections
Your tasks

- Sales
- Checking, processing and managing incoming digital customer inquiries and orders for standard grid connections in the electricity, water, gas and heat sectors (in connection with multi-sector grid connections)
- Coordinating and distributing customer inquiries and orders within network sales and other departments
- Clarification of open points in the context of inquiry and order management in coordination with the customer or other technical or commercial contacts (internal/external as well as cross-thematic or cross-departmental) if required
- Ordering the construction service providers or internal asset service areas required for execution, including preparation and transmission of the necessary documents (e.g. planning documents) in digital form
- Reporting and controlling the entire request and order process using the Power BIi dashboard and other reporting tools
- Monitoring data transfer between the Simplifier, SAP and supplier portal IT systems used (e.g. transfer of data for SD/CS orders, customer master records, connection objects, etc.)
Your qualifications
- Technical/commercial vocational training with functionally relevant professional experience, ideally in the energy industry/supply/services sector
- Good PC skills with MS Office, SAP R/3
- A high degree of initiative as well as a customer-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
- Reliability, commitment, flexibility and good interpersonal and team skills
- Enjoy learning new things and continuously developing processes and systems as part of a team.
