Your tasks
- Scheduling and notification of new installations and tank retrievals
- Scheduling and notification of external inspections, pipeline inspections, heating maintenance, meter changes, network maintenance and all orders relating to energy technology
- Scheduling of fitters and forwarding agents
- Maintenance of master and transaction data for technical objects
- Direct contact person for our customers and our field service
- Processing complaints
- Invoicing customers, creating cost documents and transferring materials
- Lead management: Qualification and follow-up of incoming customer inquiries and interested parties in the field of energy and building technology
- Project management for HVAC, photovoltaics and large-scale consumer systems
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a commercial profession, sales orientation desirable
- Strong sense of service
- Confident and correct demeanor, especially on the phone with customers
- Solution- and customer-oriented
- Enjoy working in a team
- Independent and systematic way of working
- Good IT application skills (MS Office, ERP)
