Your tasks
You will carry out the operational purchasing processes (demand/market analysis, information requests, tenders, negotiations, contract design as well as supplier and contract implementation in close coordination with the relevant stakeholders) You will expand and develop specific product group expertise in cooperation with technical experts and relevant stakeholders of the E.ON Group You are also the contact person and constructive sparring partner for the respective specialist departments and for the relevant suppliers You collect requirements and record the requirements of the various stakeholders, including tender planning You will also be responsible for managing the supplier market for the MV Substations product group, specifically digiONS incl. secondary technology, with a view to opening up new and competitive procurement sources You will contribute to achieving the identified value creation and savings targets for the MV Substations product group, specifically digiONS incl. secondary technology You derive specific targets for your own area of responsibility from overarching strategies You exemplify occupational safety and actively promote cooperation within the team
Your qualifications
You have a degree in business administration or engineering, e.g. electrical engineering, energy technology or industrial engineering (Master's degree or equivalent) or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have relevant experience in operational and strategic purchasing for the MV Substations product group, especially digiONS incl. secondary technology and experience in implementing international product group strategies You are confident in using MS Office programs, SAP and reporting tools and also have knowledge of e-tools for purchasing in the areas of SRM, eSourcing and eAuctions You are characterized by a structured and thoughtful way of working You are business fluent in English
