Your tasks
Project work - site acquisition for onshore wind farm projects, generation of additional projects in the onshore wind sector, identification of suitable potential sites Field work - focus of acquisition activities in NRW and RLP, intensive contact development and maintenance with relevant landowners and significant stakeholders on site as well as in politics Future work - Supporting the creation of planning law and further development steps after securing land
Your qualifications
Education - Successfully completed studies or (commercial) training with relevant practical experience, e.g. in agriculture, forestry or sales Expertise - Initial experience in the acquisition / securing of land or the conclusion of usage agreements desirable, sound knowledge of project management, specialist knowledge of relevant approval procedures, willingness to deal with the content of contracts for securing land Personality - Convincing appearance and rhetorical skills, team spirit, personal responsibility, assertiveness, enthusiasm for people and communication Bonus - Existing contact network with landowners in NRW and / or RLP, willingness to perform and travel, enjoy negotiating with landowners, citizens and municipalities, very good written and spoken German, class B driving license
