Your tasks
You will plan, record and optimize customer-oriented E2E process management in collaboration with the process owners and process participants You will coordinate, manage and support the implementation of business processes and carry out risk and vulnerability analyses You support and advise process owners in the implementation of optimization measures You monitor business processes, initiate improvement measures and ensure that targets are achieved accordingly You develop and set up a key performance indicator/reporting system and develop it further You coach and train employees and ensure target group-oriented communication
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed training with further qualifications or a degree in business administration, energy management, IT or comparable qualifications You have relevant professional experience in the field of process management and expertise in the application of project management tools and methods Ideally, you have already gained experience in the energy sector You are an analytical, solution-oriented team player with very good self-organization, a structured way of working and appreciative communication
