That's what it's all about
- Planning, developing and organizing our congresses (in the run-up to, during and after the event)
- Researching, comparing offers and negotiating with external service providers (including catering, technology, locations, staff, decoration and stand builders)
- Support and communication with speakers, sponsors and participants Creation & maintenance of websites and newsletters
- General administrative tasks in connection with event management (e.g. database maintenance, material procurement, filing, documentation and archiving)
What sets you apart
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the event sector
- Professional experience in a comparable position desirable
- Successful mastery of all aspects of conception, planning and implementation of events as well as simple to complex projects
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power-Point, Outlook)
- A high degree of flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
- High social skills in dealing with customers, service providers and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit and ambition
