Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) in the field of renewable energies
Since its foundation in 2001, AWIGO has developed from a partner in waste management to an environmental service provider for the Osnabrück region. In concrete terms, this means that we are specialists in the areas of recyclable materials, recycling, recovery and sustainability. However, our areas of responsibility continue to grow, as do our standards. And for this we always need new colleagues to join our team, which now numbers 400, and work with us to tackle important environmental issues and create solutions.
We are part of the critical infrastructure in Germany.
Your tasks
- Independent development, planning and implementation of projects in the field of renewable energies – from the initial idea to realization
- Actively driving forward ongoing projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets and project progress
- Creating and managing schedules and budgets as well as supporting approval and tendering procedures
- Coordination and consultation with internal departments, external partners, specialist planners and other stakeholders
- Identifying project opportunities and independently developing and evaluating new approaches, including economic considerations
- Organization and management of project structures, including cooperation with project companies and support in committee and contract management
Your qualifications
- Degree in the field of energy, engineering, environment or similar
- Initial experience in project management is desirable, ideally in the energy sector
- Strong “doer mentality” with a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
- High level of initiative and ability to act independently and responsibly
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for results
- Proactive way of working with the ambition to actively drive issues forward and develop them further
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with different stakeholders
