Lawyer / Economist as Head of Department – Contract Management & Land Security / Wind Energy Projects (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- In your managerial position, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of our land securing team.
- You will manage, control and monitor the various work processes – your team will secure plots of land for wind energy projects and, under your leadership, organize the securing of project rights under the law of obligations and in rem.
- During the course of the project, you coordinate communication between all parties involved and coordinate workflows, schedules and internal and external deadlines across departments.
- You keep an eye on budgets and guarantee that project steps are completed on time.
- Last but not least, you will recognize risks with regard to implementation, scheduling and project costs, identify solutions and initiate appropriate measures.
Your qualifications
- (University degree, Master’s degree or diploma in law or economics, alternatively a comparable qualification
- At best several years of professional experience, preferably in a management position
- Routine with MS Office
- Structured way of working, communication skills, quick comprehension and very good organizational skills
- Interest in energy transition topics and enjoy teamwork
