Lead (gn) Business Development - Wind

• Through your network you acquire new projects for development or repowering and identify and maintain new partnerships
• You act as a "key account manager" for a variety of stakeholders in the wind industry in Germany, meeting them on site and establishing LichtBlick as a serious market participant and first point of contact
• You have fun exchanging ideas with operators, associations, communities and developers and developing creative solutions for cooperation and can access LichtBlick's entire product portfolio
• You are LichtBlick's face to the outside world, representing and representing LichtBlick and its partner companies at trade fairs, conferences and through presentations and also contributing ideas for a more creative and effective external presence
• You have an eye for lucrative and or strategic initiatives and negotiate all acquisition activities and collaborations independently, always counting on the support of the organization and your colleagues
• Finally, you prepare your plans in cooperation with the team as decision templates, present them in a solution-oriented and target-oriented manner in exchange with the management for the investment decision
• You are one*r of the first employees in this area and can actively shape the future and development of the area

• You have a technical or business degree with a focus on the energy industry or a comparable qualification
• You have many years of professional experience in the German onshore wind market, ideally as a manufacturer's employee in WTG or service sales, in project development, asset management or at the utility
• You are excellently networked in the German onshore wind industry and communicate at eye level with stakeholders
• You have successfully negotiated WTG / service contracts or project and development partnerships
• You find it easy to hold up multiple Bälle while keeping track of your projects
