Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) – Monitoring / Fault Analysis / Evaluation
Your tasks
- Carrying out order and fault analyses based on available data (SAP PM), evaluating damage cases according to frequency or systematic faults and developing weak point, fault or process analyses
- Further development of maintenance strategy specifications (maintenance strategy, revision strategy, spare parts strategy, maintenance measures strategy) and standardization of work processes
- Processing of KPI systems: availability, malfunction, MTBF (mean time between failure for repairable units), MTTR (mean time to repair), spare parts, etc.
- Creation, maintenance and standardization of service specifications as well as support in the selection of external service providers and material procurement, maintenance of standard service specifications for needs-based ordering in compliance with required standards and regulations
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance contracts (LTSAs, maintenance contracts)
Your qualifications
- Training as a technician (f/m/d) in mechanical engineering or computer science or comparable training
- Experience in work preparation and maintenance, ideally supplemented by experience in power plant technology
- Class B driving license
- Knowledge of SAP (PM, MM, HANA modules) and very good knowledge of Excel (data analysis with PivotTable and PivotChart)
- Business fluent in written and spoken German
