Management System Officer at the Lichterfelde site (f/m/d)

In the water supply sector, we ensure the treatment and distribution of drinking water in Berlin and are responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of pipes, pumping stations and waterworks.

Your tasks

  • Development, maintenance and improvement of integrated management systems in accordance with DIN ISO EN 9001, DIN ISO EN 45001 and DIN ISO EN 14001
  • Supporting the implementation of internal and external audits
  • Coordination of approval management for water supply as well as coordination and administration of document management
  • Coordination of all measures and activities to improve the QM / UM systems as well as monitoring and implementation
  • Initiating and supporting environmental and quality improvement projects at the site
  • Planning, supervision and implementation of employee training and further education
  • Participation in the problem-solving of quality management issues

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of process engineering, civil engineering and pipeline construction with practical knowledge in job-relevant tasks
  • Alternatively: Technician in process engineering, civil engineering and pipeline construction or comparable training with sound job-relevant knowledge as a QM officer
  • Trained quality management officer
  • Extensive knowledge of business / organizational contexts as well as several years of practical knowledge in a utility company
  • Sound knowledge of certification according to ISO DIN EN 9001, 14001 and 45001
  • Good knowledge of legal framework conditions such as occupational health and safety, fire protection, basic, criminal and hazardous substances legislation
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and independence
