Manager (m/f/d) internal audit
Your tasks
- Organization of the audit process (risk-based audit planning, execution, reporting and action tracking)
- Maintenance of the written internal audit regulations (SfO)
- Risk-oriented and independent execution of audits
- Management of external audit service providers and quality assurance of work results
- Advising all management levels with regard to risk management, ICS, governance and compliance
- Organization and execution of special audits
- Supporting projects in an advisory and auditing capacity
- Continuous further development of the audit approach and audit techniques in line with the standards of the IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors)
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on industrial engineering or economics or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of finance and accounting or internal auditing, ideally in the energy industry
- Qualification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or willingness to acquire the CIA
- Confident handling of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP
- Systematic way of working, quick comprehension and a strong ability to present complicated issues in an understandable way
- Confident manner, consulting skills and strong communication skills
- A feel for technical and business processes as well as networked thinking

- Our remuneration is based on the TV-V collective agreement and, in the case of RSV, the WBO collective agreement. Each job is evaluated and remunerated according to performance.
- Pension scheme according to TV-V
