Manager (m/f/d) internal audit

Your tasks

  • Organization of the audit process (risk-based audit planning, execution, reporting and action tracking)
  • Maintenance of the internal audit written rules (SfO)
  • Risk-oriented and independent execution of audits
  • Management of external audit service providers and quality assurance of work results
  • Advising all management levels with regard to risk management, ICS, governance and compliance
  • Organization and execution of special audits
  • Supporting projects in an advisory and auditing capacity
  • Continuous further development of the audit approach and audit techniques in line with the standards of the IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors)

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on industrial engineering or economics or a comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge of finance and accounting or internal auditing, ideally in the energy industry
  • Qualification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or willingness to acquire the CIA
  • Confident handling of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP
  • Systematic way of working, quick comprehension and a strong ability to present complicated issues in an understandable way
  • Confident manner, consulting skills and strong communication skills
  • A feel for technical and business processes as well as networked thinking

  • Our remuneration is based on the TV-V collective agreement and, in the case of RSV, the WBO collective agreement. Each job is evaluated and remunerated according to performance.
  • Pension scheme according to TV-V

  • Our working hours are 39 hours per week. Depending on the position and where possible, flexible working hours or flexitime models are offered. Annual leave is 30 working days.
