Your tasks
- As Head of Location Management (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic development and smooth operation of our company locations. You will take responsibility for your area and keep a cool head, even when faced with complex requirements and deadline pressure. - Overall responsibility for all operating sites and administrative locations of the EWR Group.
- Sustainable further development of existing locations (e.g. charging infrastructure, sustainable building management systems, etc.).
- Responsibility for site management and strategic development.
- Leading and motivating the site team.
- Ensuring smooth operations and optimizing processes.
- Budget planning and control.
- Coordination and monitoring of construction and maintenance projects including building applications as well as the development of sites/buildings, taking into account official duties (e.g. fire protection, workplace regulations, etc.).
- Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Your qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of engineering, a technician’s or master’s degree or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in site management or in a comparable position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High level of initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Business fluent in German.
