Your tasks
- Operational and strategic management with overall responsibility for the economic, organizational and personnel development of the company in close coordination with the shareholders
- “Technical manager” in the area of electricity grid operation as well as compliant department management and control of the operating area, together with the specialist teams
- Support and cooperation in the area of gas/water grid operations, together with the department management of the operating division and the specialist teams
- Further development of the company in terms of a sustainable supply of the region with a high standard of technical excellence
- Analyzing existing structures and continuously improving internal processes
- Confident handling and representation of the company’s interests vis-à-vis administration, politics, customers and the public
- Managing, retaining, motivating and developing a dedicated team of around 40 employees
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree in energy, electrical or supply engineering, knowledge in the areas of energy supply / energy distribution, ideally several years of experience in a comparable position
- Authentic leadership personality with social competence and solution orientation
- Distinct economic thinking and acting as well as the ability to make entrepreneurial decisions
- Very high level of reliability and sense of responsibility, strong personal integrity and loyalty
