MANAGING DIRECTOR (M/F/D)
YOUR TASKS
You will assume responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the company at the Hamburg headquarters together with the two current Managing Directors. You will actively shape the future of a growing consulting and engineering company in a dynamic market environment. Your main focus:
- Strategic management and economic control of the company, in particular the service area of specialist planning for district heating, large heat pumps and heat storage systems
- Expanding partnerships with clients, investors, authorities and research institutions
- Responsibility for projects, quality, profit targets and personnel development
- Representing the company to customers, banks, investors and market players
- Promotion and further development of HIC Consulting’s corporate culture, which is based on trust, personal responsibility and innovative spirit
YOUR PROFILE
You are an entrepreneurial personality who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking. You understand the business of complex projects and want to not only accompany the energy transition, but actively help shape it.
- Completed studies in engineering or industrial engineering
- Several years of professional experience in planning and project management of energy projects (at least service phases 1-4) in a responsible position
- Motivation and ambition to drive forward the expansion of specialist planning for renewable heat at HIC Consulting
- Very good understanding of the energy industry
- Existing network in the industry desirable
- convincing appearance and strong communication skills in contact with customers and partners
