The location of the company will be determined in consultation with the future Managing Director.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who has the courage to break new ground and tap into the potential of artificial intelligence for the energy industry.
Your tasks
- Company development & strategy: You will lead the company from the current start-up phase to a market-leading position and develop a clear strategic roadmap.
- AI & innovation management: You will design and implement AI-supported solutions for the energy industry.
- Market positioning: You identify new sources of revenue, are responsible for budget planning and ensure the monetization of innovative energy services.
- Network & representation: You act as a diplomatic and persuasive contact for supervisory boards, local authorities and partners.
Your qualifications
- Qualifications: You have a degree (e.g. (industrial) engineering, energy technology, business administration).
- Expertise: You combine in-depth industry knowledge with a high affinity for digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
- Personality: A strong creative drive, hands-on mentality and social skills characterize your working style.
- Languages: You communicate fluently in German and English.
