Your tasks

  • You reliably take care of incoming customer inquiries and monitoring
  • Whether on the phone, by email or in person – you always have an open ear, answer requests in a friendly and professional manner and coordinate all necessary coordination both internally and externally
  • You are a professional contact person – you answer inquiries from colleagues, customers, market partners and service providers competently and reliably
  • In a varied area of responsibility, you are critical, recognize potential for improvement and support their implementation
  • A supportive team that you can rely on

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience and further training an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and self-organization
  • Enjoy new tasks with a project character, independent work and knowledge transfer
  • Understanding of processes and quick comprehension
  • Enthusiasm, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
  • Enjoy working on and implementing projects
