Your tasks
- You reliably take care of incoming customer inquiries and monitoring
- Whether on the phone, by email or in person – you always have an open ear, answer requests in a friendly and professional manner and coordinate all necessary coordination both internally and externally
- You are a professional contact person – you answer inquiries from colleagues, customers, market partners and service providers competently and reliably
- In a varied area of responsibility, you are critical, recognize potential for improvement and support their implementation
- A supportive team that you can rely on
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience and further training an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and self-organization
- Enjoy new tasks with a project character, independent work and knowledge transfer
- Understanding of processes and quick comprehension
- Enthusiasm, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Enjoy working on and implementing projects
