Market communication clerk (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • As a member of the Market Communication team, you will ensure the manual processing of non-automated, processable processes in accordance with GPKE, GeLi Gas, WIM etc. in compliance with relevant laws, BNetzA specifications and internal guidelines.
  • You process work items/clarification cases on the network and sales side as intended or necessary interruptions to a workflow in SAP IS-U and carry out case-closing clarifications of facts on your own responsibility.
  • You clarify discrepancies between clients and market partners.
  • You will process internal and external inquiries, including the necessary corrections and reversals.
  • You will help manage service partners and contract management.
  • You will play an active role in improving process and interface workflows as well as identifying, describing and tracking errors in SAP IS-U and provide support for projects relating to the department’s core tasks.
  • You will support the team with test work, e.g. format adjustments, process changes or error tickets.

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of relevant professional experience.
  • You have experience in analyzing and processing network and sales-side market communication processes.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of energy industry processes, in particular GPKE, GeLi Gas and WiM.
  • You are confident in working with SAP IS-U and have in-depth knowledge of Edifact message formats (UTILMD, MSCONS, INVOIC, APERAK etc.).
  • Ideally, you already have experience in carrying out process-related test work.
  • You have good knowledge of SAP IS-U and MS Office.
  • You enjoy working in a team and have a goal-oriented, structured way of working. In addition to a high degree of flexibility, you have good analytical thinking skills and a technical understanding of processes.
