Consultant (f/m/d) Marketing and Public Relations - Energy-efficient Buildings

The Energy Efficiency and Sales division is available to member companies as a point of contact for questions relating to sales/marketing, energy services and the framework for new business models. It evaluates market trends such as prosuming and intelligent building networking as well as technological developments in the application areas of energy efficiency.

For the position sought, the focus is particularly on practical and technical issues. To this end, we also work closely with the industry and specialist trades.

• Your work will focus on working independently on topics relating to energy efficiency in buildings
• Media preparation of topics, e.g. through news and technical articles, webinars and the conception of information and discussion events
• Coordination of press / PR and marketing activities of the HEA trade association, the market partner association of the BDEW
• Cooperation with PR agencies, specialist institutes and other external partners
• Supporting the market partner associations of energy suppliers with information
• Preparation of statements, argumentation papers and industry positions on current technical and political issues in the context of energy efficiency
• Analysis and evaluation of the specialist situation in the field of energy efficiency (customer / energy consulting, specialist trades, manufacturers / industry)

• Above-average degree (diploma/master's degree) in engineering, economics, communication sciences with a specialization in energy technology or comparable degree
• Sound knowledge of the energy industry; existing professional and industry experience as well as knowledge of the legal framework are an advantage
• Confident manner, negotiating skills, very good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present specialist topics in a way that is understandable for different target groups
• Team experience, supervision of project groups, organizational talent, flexibility and a high level of commitment
• Very good written and spoken English and very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
