- You prepare training content in theory and practice and convey it in a practical way
- You independently design various fields of activity and develop company training concepts
- You accompany the selection process of trainees and actively contribute to the design of training marketing
- You organize and implement training and company-related projects
- You conduct coordination meetings with our internal and external training partners
- You organize and lead various training measures on HSE (safety, health and environmental protection), personal developments and technical topics
What you bring with you:
- You will impress us with your sound IT knowledge as well as your personal commitment to health, environmental and occupational safety
- Your qualifications include completed vocational training, successfully completed further training as a master craftsman or technician in the field of electrical engineering or information technology as well as an additional qualification of instructor aptitude
- You have knowledge of the OSI model and IT hardware, you also enjoy working with MS Office, Linux, SQL databases, Phyton, C++ and other business applications, and you are confident in these applications
- You are fascinated by the fascinating world of information technology, electrical engineering and technical development
- You are highly committed and energetic when it comes to completing tasks
- You recognize the essentials and master complex contexts and can communicate content in an understandable and addressee-oriented way
