Assessment of error messages from the monitoring tools and initiation of repair measures or fault management Permanent monitoring of the performance data of PV systems Organization and control of on-site service technicians for troubleshooting and repairs Remote support for technical problems and error analysis, especially communication problems Documentation of events and logins/logouts for seamless access monitoring Checking the deployment reports Participation in the further development of monitoring and documentation tools
Completed further training as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) specializing in electrical engineering, industrial electronics or information technology/telecommunications Initial experience in the field of solar and/or wind energy Good communication skills (craftsmen, engineers and customers) Personal responsibility, assertiveness, initiative Very good written and spoken German and good knowledge of English; knowledge of French an advantage
