Providing technical guidance and support to employees within the area of responsibility.
Planning, managing, and coordinating maintenance, testing, and repair activities on electrical equipment and systems.
Coordinating, briefing, and supervising external service providers while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency requirements.
Ensuring that maintenance measures are carried out on schedule and to the required quality standards.
Analyzing and resolving malfunctions and implementing sustainable solutions.
Working closely with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments to ensure high equipment availability.
Contributing to the continuous optimization of maintenance processes and technical equipment.
HERE'S WHAT WE'D LIKE FROM YOU
Completed master craftsman or technician training in electrical engineering.
Experience in the maintenance of electrical systems, as well as knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and technical guidelines.
Experience in medium-voltage systems and explosion protection is a plus.
Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and organizational skills.
