Master / Technician Electrical Engineering Network Control Center (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Then bring your passion to Bonn-Netz GmbH as a master craftsman/technician in electrical engineering for the grid control center (m/f/d)! Take on responsibility in our state-of-the-art control center, control and monitor our grids and systems and, together with your team, ensure a reliable and efficient energy supply in Bonn and the region.
- Grid monitoring and control: You will work in the control center for our electricity grids, systems and processes. Using the latest technologies, you monitor and control everything from our state-of-the-art control center.
- Customer support: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will receive fault reports, deal with cross-divisional faults and provide reassurance in hectic moments.
- Fault management and documentation: You will use your experience and the information from our network control system to identify and evaluate fault situations and enable fast and targeted troubleshooting. You maintain an overview and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes through good documentation.
- Resupply: As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for alerting and managing on-call services, and you will master fault isolation and fault clearance processes together.
Your qualifications
- Qualification: You have completed an electrical engineering apprenticeship and further training as a master craftsman or technician or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience: You have knowledge of VDE standards and regulations and ideally already have initial professional experience in the operation of power supply networks and systems.
- On-call duty: You are prepared to work flexible 3-shift operation (7-8-9 hours every 7 weeks) and to take part in on-call duty. In return, you will receive collectively agreed rotating shift and on-call allowances as well as up to six additional vacation days.
- IT skills: You are experienced in working with IT systems and are proficient in the common MS Office programs.
- German language skills: You have a very good command of written and spoken German and have strong communication skills.
