We, FairNetz GmbH, are the grid operator in Reutlingen as well as in many municipalities in the region and ensure the reliable and sustainable operation of electricity, natural gas, district heating and drinking water grids with over 300 employees. Your tasks

Planning transformer stations and grid connections in our electricity grid Calculation and order processing of customer inquiries for transformer stations, charging stations, generation plants and loads in the medium-voltage grid Checking external planning documents in the area of transformer stations for quality assurance and in compliance with normative requirements Advising companies, municipalities and private customers on grid connections in our medium-voltage grid Responsibility for interdisciplinary order coordination between grid planning, electricity grid management, asset management and external parties Support in the project planning of power supply in new construction, development and industrial areas


Your qualifications

Master/technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering Applications from career starters and lateral entrants to the energy industry are expressly encouraged Master craftsman or technician (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering / electrical power engineering or comparable qualification acquired through relevant professional experience Willingness to take the perspective of our customers and develop service-oriented, efficient and smart solutions Affinity for technology, openness and interest in actively shaping the energy transition Ability to work in a team, communication skills and a high degree of independence with a structured way of working Basic understanding of energy industry contexts and interest in deepening this understanding Good IT user skills (MS Office, etc.)

REMUNERATION Our remuneration is based on the TV-V collective agreement and, in the case of RSV, the WBO collective agreement. Each job is evaluated and remunerated according to performance. PENSION SCHEME ACCORDING TO TV-V The costs of a supplementary pension scheme are covered to a large extent. In addition, private pension provision is subsidized as part of deferred compensation. WORKING HOURS AND ANNUAL LEAVE Our working hours are 39 hours per week. Depending on the position and where possible, flexible working hours or flexitime models are offered.
