Measuring point service clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Processing of telephone and written inquiries from customers including order scheduling via our ERP system, tracking, email response and documentation
- Processing orders from the grid portal
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating meter changes across the entire network area
- System-side implementation of meter changes, meter installations, meter removals, etc. in the ERP system (kVASy) with the associated market communication and change processes in metering (WiM)
- You will join us on the path to smart grids and support us on the system side with the introduction of smart metering systems
- You will actively shape the introduction of new technologies and contribute to the development and optimization of new processes. You will contribute your ideas and drive continuous improvements to make our processes more efficient.
- Participation in the telephone service
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field, preferably with additional specialist qualifications
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of metering point operation
- Ideally, you have experience in the energy industry and knowledge of the SIV-kVASy software
- You are proficient in the use of common MS Office applications and can quickly familiarize yourself with work-related software applications via smartphone, tablet, etc
- Your various contacts appreciate your professional competence and like your customer- and solution-oriented way of working
- You enjoy working independently in a team with high quality standards
