• create new processes and successfully integrate them into the existing process landscape
• create and implement new concepts after careful analysis and deliver the desired proof or make success visible
• take on varied and exciting tasks, in which you also act directly as a deputy to the head of department on specific topics
• contribute to divisional controlling by determining key figures and preparing evaluations, while also assuming management responsibility
• to work with commitment and passion on optimization projects, to initiate process improvements and to understand new things not as the exception, but successively as the rule

• in possession of a successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have experience in the energy sector / metering or energy-related services
• known for your proactive way of working, you carry out your tasks independently and responsibly and also like to think outside the box
• open to new ideas and have a desire for change
• a seasoned and equally empathetic and friendly personality who finds it easy to convince others and assert themselves when necessary
• confident in the use of MS Office and at best have experience with energy industry ERP systems
