Your Responsibilities
- Processing customer inquiries received by phone and in writing, including scheduling orders through our ERP system, tracking, responding to emails, and documenting
- Processing orders from the network portal
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating meter replacements throughout the entire network area
- System-based implementation of meter replacements, meter installations, meter removals, etc., in the ERP system (kVASy), including the associated market communication and change processes in the metering system (WiM)
- You’ll join us on the journey toward smart grids and support us on the systems side with the rollout of smart metering systems
- You’ll actively shape the introduction of new technologies and contribute to the development and optimization of new processes. In doing so, you’ll bring your ideas to the table and drive continuous improvements to make our processes more efficient.
- Participation in the on-call rotation
Your Qualifications
- You have successfully completed vocational training in a business or technical field, preferably with additional specialized qualifications
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of metering point operations
- Ideally, you have experience in the energy industry and knowledge of the SIV-kVASy software
- You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications and quickly master work-related software applications via smartphone, tablet, and similar devices
- Your various contacts appreciate your professional expertise and value your customer- and solution-oriented approach
- You enjoy working independently within a team while maintaining high quality standards
