Metering Services Officer (m/f/d)

• You will be involved in the optimization and development of new processes for the SmartMeter rollout.
• As part of your role, you will be responsible for monitoring the service providers in connection with the SmartMeter rollout and for monitoring and coordinating the processes for meter readings and blocking.
• You will be responsible for testing measurement hardware and software and analyzing complex issues in connection with internal and external processes and their optimization.
• Data evaluation for the provision of reports and key figures is also part of your field of activity, as is support with process and system documentation.
• You will also be involved in company-wide projects.

• You have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable subject.
• Experience in the energy industry and in working with the Schleupen IT system would be an advantage.
• You are interested in IT topics and have knowledge of Excel and large amounts of data.
• We require knowledge of the common MS Office products and a high affinity for IT.
• You are able to grasp complex issues quickly, analyze them and draw the right conclusions.
• You are characterized by very good written and oral communication skills.
• You also have a high level of initiative, are customer and service-oriented and work in a solution-oriented manner.
