Network control center operator (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • Look forward to exciting tasks:
  • Ensuring the energy supply in the supply area of the canton of Basel-Stadt.
  • Monitor and control the distribution grid, localize grid faults and arrange for the grid to be reconstructed.
  • Receive telephone and written fault reports and initiate measures quickly.
  • In the event of energy outages, informing various bodies such as customers, internal specialist departments, other municipal utilities, authorities, etc. and assisting with rectification.
  • Carry out field service assignments to rectify faults.

Your qualifications

  • This will make us even better:
  • You are well versed in all aspects of electricity and ready to extend your knowledge to water, district heating and gas – with our support, of course.
  • Your training backpack is filled with an apprenticeship as an electrician, ideally supplemented with further training in electrical engineering or similar.
  • You enjoy contact with people and lively exchanges.
  • When your area of expertise requires it, you make decisions confidently and competently.
  • You have a Cat. B driving license and are open to shift, on-call and weekend work.
