Network customer service clerk (m/f/d) – Commissioning of customer systems in all sectors

Your tasks
- Implementation of ongoing processes for the commissioning of customer systems in all divisions on the basis of SAP.
- Billing-related installation of metering devices for all divisions in SAP IS-U.
- Setting up customer systems in all sectors in IS-U.
- Processing of applications for short term take-off points.
- Creating SAP notifications for work on customer installations.
- Processing clarification cases in customer dialog (by telephone, in writing) in connection with uncertainties regarding meters. Corrections in SAP.
- Processing clarification cases in dialog with installers and specialist companies from all sectors in the course of applying for commissioning of customer systems.
- On-charging of special services (diagnostic tests…)
- Support in the processing of customer complaints
- Support in updating information on construction measures on the SW Netz AG website.
- Willingness to assist in other areas of customer management as required.
- Assistance in the telephone service of the various customer management service numbers
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a commercial or industrial apprenticeship and have already gained initial experience in the utilities industry or with a network operator.
- Knowledge of the SAP modules PM, SD and/or IS-U is desirable.
- You have a technical understanding of telephone customer service.
- You are also confident in dealing with difficult customers.
- You are confident in using standard MS Office applications.
- You are also characterized by your ability to grasp things quickly, your ability to work in a team and a committed, independent and reliable way of working
