Network Manager (m/f/d) Control Center

Your tasks

  • As a network manager (m/f/d) in the control center, you will be responsible for the operational management of the electricity, gas and water supply networks, ensuring reliable and efficient network operation and thus managing the challenges of the energy transition.
  • You will be responsible for the permanent monitoring of the supply processes in the RhönEnergie Group’s grid area during disrupted and undisrupted operation and ensure optimal supply processes, taking into account supply quality, supply reliability and the economic operation of the grids and systems
  • You will be responsible for monitoring process variables and ensuring compliance with the specified schedules and target values, as well as monitoring water losses on the basis of balanced supply zones, tank levels and flow rates, etc.
  • You will be responsible for providing information for the company-wide data network
  • You coordinate the execution of scheduled work in the plants and networks
  • You will also be responsible for identifying and isolating faults, including coordinating all measures for initial protection and fault rectification

Your qualifications

  • You have completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for industrial engineering or as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) for pipe system technology or similar
  • You have a further qualification as a master craftsman/state-certified technician (m/f/d), a qualification as a network foreman can alternatively be made up for
  • Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in network operation
  • You are willing to work alternating shifts and have a clean criminal record
  • You deal professionally with stressful situations, are confident when negotiating with external customers and work in a problem-solving manner
