Network Manager (m/f/d) Energy Consulting and Renovation Planning

Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. Both nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and expanding the stakeholder network in the context of energy consulting, individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP), and the (construction) trades, including stakeholder mapping
  • Identifying suitable network partners, reaching out to them, and maintaining contact
  • Design and implementation of various event and exchange formats with representatives from the field, including facilitation and systematic evaluation
  • Preparation of technical content and visual materials for lectures and presentations
  • Development of user journeys in the context of energy consulting (particularly renovation)
  • Development and conduct of qualitative and quantitative interviews and surveys
  • Assistance with the execution of requests for proposals and contract awards
  • Collaboration with service providers
  • The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis and is initially a two-year fixed-term contract with the option of permanent employment.

Your Qualifications

  • A college degree in communication, social sciences, political science, psychology, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in networking and/or collaborating with advocacy groups, market research, or product development
  • Experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative surveys and interviews
  • Quick learner with political acumen
  • A structured, independent work style
  • Motivation, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for energy, construction, and sustainability issues
  • Excellent written and spoken German
