Officer Balancing Group Management (m/f/d)
We are E.VITA: a medium-sized, nationwide energy supplier for commercial and private customers and a specialist in direct marketing and power purchase agreements based in Stuttgart. As a family business, we focus on providing individual advice to commercial customers – with the aim of helping them to remain viable in the long term by actively managing their energy supply. E.VITA is part of the Glöckle Group, a southern German family business that is now in its fourth generation and has been in existence for around 120 years.
Your tasks
- Creating and checking monthly, weekly and daily forecasts for feed-in and feed-out customers
- Checking the plausibility of and optimizing short-term and long-term forecasts
- Creating and checking monthly, weekly and daily schedules
- Carrying out daily spot trading and intraday trading if necessary
- Monitoring the schedules and intervening
- Maintaining suppliers and purchasing transactions
- Creation of reports and evaluations, e.g. on balancing energy, forecast errors
- Introduction and implementation of new processes and tasks due to legal and/or regulatory requirements
- Monitoring the master data interface between Kvasy/Aktif
- Load profile management
- Invoice verification
- Communication with the BKV market partners
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the energy sector
- Analytical mindset and structured way of working
- Particularly high affinity for numbers
