Operating engineer (f/m/d) Waste-to-energy plant
Your tasks
- Planning, coordinating and managing sub-projects of the Ruhleben waste-to-energy plant (MHKW)
- Defining, planning and specifying project content and project objectives
- Detailed project planning including scheduling, cost and capacity planning as well as controlling work package planning
- Coordination and optimization of operating processes in the MHKW
- Drawing up operating instructions, maintenance and operating protocols with regard to the operation and procedures of the plants
- Monitoring the technical supply facilities on site
- Minimizing possible downtimes during maintenance work or technical faults
- Creating and maintaining the system plans for the waste incineration plant and site supply and disposal systems
- Responsible for quality assurance and the implementation of QUAMS
Your qualifications
- Completed university education (FH diploma / Bachelor) in engineering, FR process engineering, mechanical engineering, power plant engineering
- Many years of specialized professional experience
- Sound knowledge of all legal and task-related relevant laws, regulations and technical rules (e.g. technical rules for steam boilers)
- Experience in the field of electrical and control technology, plant and pipeline construction, electrical and hydraulic machine control, measurement and control technology and combustion technology
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Quick comprehension and analytical way of thinking
