Operating engineer (m/f/d) electrical engineering/power engineering for low voltage or high voltage

Your tasks

  • We are looking for a specialist to help ensure the trouble-free operation of the power distribution systems (LV/MS/HS) including the associated telecontrol protection technology
  • Process optimization: You will support the specialist management in optimizing the existing processes and procedures.
  • Coordination: You will provide technical guidance to employees in the specialist groups and support order processing with regard to maintenance, inspection, servicing, switching services and troubleshooting.
  • Planning and monitoring: You will be involved in the planning and implementation of the construction and maintenance program and monitor the progress of construction work.
  • Development: You will be involved in the implementation and further development of the digitalization of the electricity grid and the protection concept in the medium and high voltage.
  • Assessment: You will independently carry out technical assessments and reviews of project plans and connection requests in accordance with VDE-AR-N 4100, 4105 and 4110 (only in the LV area).
  • Tender management: You will be actively involved in the preparation of tender documents, purchase requisitions and framework agreements (only in the HV area).

Your qualifications

  • Education: You have successfully completed a technical/university degree (at least a Bachelor’s degree) in one of the following fields: electrical engineering, energy technology, automation technology or information technology.
  • Ideally, you also have additional qualifications in the field of protection technology, network calculation or CAE applications (not mandatory).
  • IT skills: You have knowledge of common PC applications, in particular MS Office, SAP, GIS.
  • Skills: You count commitment, initiative and an independent and team-oriented interdisciplinary working style among your skills.
