Your tasks
- Operational deployment planner of activities relevant to the measuring point
- Operational operational planning :
- Planning and coordination of operational work in coordination with the specialist departments
- Creation of monthly, weekly and daily schedules for foremen and executors
- Monitoring compliance with planned orders, especially for scheduled work
- Resource management :
- Short-term planning and control of personnel, resources and external companies
- Communication and coordination with specialist departments, foremen and executors
- Coordination in the event of malfunctions, incl. adjustment of daily planning
- Order management :
- Processing and monitoring orders, maintenance plans and deadlines in SAP
- Ensuring that orders are processed on time and in full
- Processing complaints in connection with orders
- Budget and cost control :
- Monitoring of budget and investment funds
- Preparation of calculations and verification of costs and prices
- Process optimization :
- Analysis and improvement of business processes and workflows
- Suggestions for the adaptation of processes
- Reporting :
- Preparation and maintenance of statistics on performance development
- Presentation of operational transparency and proper service provision
Your qualifications
- Professional qualification : Completed commercial or technical vocational training as well as a completed qualification as a master craftsman or technician or equivalent demonstrable skills and knowledge.
- Required specialist knowledge : Knowledge of the relevant regulations and laws (e.g. DVGW worksheets, VDE, DIN, UVV, labor law), good MS Office and basic SAP knowledge
- Professional experience : At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of network construction and operation as well as several years of experience in the handling and preparation of projects or work preparation
- Management skills : Strong change management skills, willingness to undergo continuous training, customer orientation, confident manner, ability to delegate, organizational and planning skills
- Social skills : Ability to cooperate and deal with conflict, assertiveness and team spirit
