Your tasks
- As Operations Manager:in Metering and Resources, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all products, services and resources in the meter replacement process.
- You are responsible for developing and implementing product controlling and KPI management.
- You will implement the production plans and contract contents with our external and internal service providers and service units.
- You will analyze and forecast the workload to create demand and capacity planning. You will also ensure that all necessary resources are procured economically and on time.
- For the procurement and controlling processes, you will create needs-based service specifications, service level agreements and FAQs.
- You will be responsible for effective requirements and interface management in order to continuously optimize processes, IT systems and assembly resources.
- You will also be responsible for taking on special tasks and working on projects.
- As Operations Manager in our Meter2Cash division, you will be responsible for the timely, efficient and customer-oriented implementation of our services and products in the meter replacement and installation processes. To this end, you will coordinate and be responsible for capacity planning, procurement, commissioning and controlling of our internal and external meter installation service providers. You will thus ensure a smooth process at a key touchpoint of enercity Netz GmbH.

Your qualifications
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or technical subject or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience.
- You have already gained experience in the areas of metering, process monitoring and service management.
- You have an independent and structured way of working as well as organizational and negotiating skills, a high level of initiative and you pursue your goals to a high degree of achievement, making clever use of your procedural thinking skills.
